Everything is made in small batches, which means quantities are LIMITED. If there’s something you’ve got your heart set on, I definitely recommend stopping by early! 👀

These Cruffins are showing OFF. 😮‍💨🥐

Flaky, buttery layers rolled in cinnamon sugar, stuffed with a gooey salted caramel center, and finished with a snowy dusting of powdered sugar.

I’ll also have a few classic cinnamon sugar Cruffins for anyone who wants to keep it simple — no filling, just all those buttery, cinnamon-sugar layers. 🤎

Okay, I have a secret. 🤫

I’ve become pretty well known for my brioche cinnamon rolls, and I’m incredibly proud of them. But I’ve always had this little voice in my head saying, “Yeah…but can we make them even better?”

Turns out, we can. 😏

I’ve been quietly playing with my brioche recipe and added one very unexpected secret ingredient with one goal: more pillowy, more decadent, more ridiculously soft.

And these babies DELIVERED.

They’re fluffy. They’re light. They pull apart like a dream. And they are absolutely, unnecessarily, hilariously GIANT. 😂

A few are headed to one of my regulars who happens to be serious cinnamon roll aficionados, with one condition: I want the critique, not the compliments.

But between you and me…

I think I just found my new brioche recipe. 🤫💕

CHURRO FOCACCIA?! 👀🤎

Buttery, fluffy focaccia baked with a cinnamon-sugar crust and finished with all those warm, churro vibes. Crispy and caramelized around the edges, soft and pillowy in the middle. 🤤

The real question: should Churro Focaccia make an appearance on the Wake ’n Bakery menu?!

Bright, buttery, and unapologetically lemony 🍋✨

These lemon bars start with a thick, buttery shortbread crust and are topped with a silky, tart lemon filling, then finished with a generous snowfall of powdered sugar.

Sweet, tangy, and just rich enough, basically sunshine in dessert form. 💛
