After years of baking at home, testing dough, nurturing my starter, and filling my kitchen with the smell of fresh bread… I’m finally offering my sourdough loaves for pickup.
These loaves are slow-fermented, handmade, and baked with simple, clean ingredients. Rustic, cozy, and intentionally imperfect — the way homemade food should be.

Ingredients: Organic all-purpose flour, organic freshly milled whole wheat, filtered Berkey water, natural sourdough starter, Celtic sea salt.
