Were you aware that flour sack is wonderful for your dough? It helps manage moisture and release dough cleanly during the proofing stage? It allows for air movement and helps form an outer skin on your dough which improves scoring lines and oven spring.

We had clients do a comparison, using two bowls with sourdough, one they covered with their current method, and the 2nd bowl they used the "Sweet Sleeps" bowl cover that has flour sack. The testers absolutely noticed the difference with the flour sack bowl cover.

Our standard bowl covers fit blows that are 8-12" in diameter and larger ones are available by special order. We have an array of colors and patterns.

Try it and you'll be sure to be happy! https://rb.gy/r7gxpy

To correctly store your sourdough bread, always let the loaf cool completely. Place it in your “Sourdough Beeswax Bread Bag”, squeeze out the excess air, and roll the top down tightly. This balances moisture, keeping the crust crisp and the inside soft for three to ten days.

Beeswax bread bags provide excellent breathability compared to plastic, while still trapping enough humidity to prevent your loaf from drying out immediately.
