The beauty of building a business with Isagenix is, well there are many many perks, but one of my favorite things is getting to meet new people from across the globe and connect with friends met throughout past travel experiences.

From Celebration the other week and having the opportunity to connect with other teams from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium and Canada that attended our Global Celebration in the USA.

And having the ability to be anywhere in the states or traveling anywhere in the world and and have access to everything I need to build my business from my phone. No big computer screen or equipment like a lot of ‘remote ‘ job positions you see today.

If you are in a position in your life where you are not happy with your current lifestyle, your anything like me and you feel antsy when your in one place too long, or have a massive fire inside of you that’s urging you to step out and do something different or you can’t stop scrolling travel destinations…. 🇲🇽 Tulum Jungle Gym!!! sooooo excited to have made it here! A gym on the 🏖 beach is paradise to me! Extra bonus in beautiful Tulum’s white powdered sand, turquoise ocean ( NO ROCKS!) and sunshine. Visiting this Flintstone style , Body Builder themed gym has been on my radar since I found out about it just 2 months ago.. but I HAD to go! ✅

The Lat pull down and Row made of ‘wood’ with the basket pulley’s and stones for weights .. LOVE IT!
It has a similar vibe (smaller and with less equipment) than 🥥 Coco Beach Gym in Playa Del Carmen, but the dumbbells went up a lot higher in weight for all you lifters💪

What a great group of fabulous ladies that joined Stephanie and I yesterday morning for our first group workout in CT. These women slayed it through, and stayed strong to the end - even in the heat ☀️🥵( yup we left drenched hahaha)
Myself and organized this workout to bring women together, building a community filled with empowered strong women who share a common interest in becoming a better version of themselves . Always moving forward, even 1% everyday leads to massive personal growth in all areas of life- physically, mentally, spiritually …

Time to grind..

What do you want in life? What is stopping you from getting there? What excuses do you keep telling yourself ?

1. Make a decision and go with it.
Staying in the ‘I don’t know, maybe’ state will not get you anywhere. Progress begins when you commit to yourself.

2. Limited beliefs stop now
3. Procrastination stops now
4. Get off the hamster wheel.
, stopping, starting, stopping will only lead to more frustration of why you are not where you want to be and you won’t get results.
5. Take action NOW

Nothing fills up my soul like Traveling does. ….
The adrenaline and excitement that comes when stepping off the ✈️ into an unfamiliar place, dopamine releasing, kicking jet lag to the curb (literally never existed). Overflowing with gratitude and bursting with energy. I want to see everything, do everything, talk to everyone, learn culture, in this case, practice my Spanish, experience a new lifestyle, Try 🍲 local cuisines , explore new ways to stay fit in a new location (that’s my fav part- I never go anywhere without exercising 💪).

After a facing a very difficult season in my life, I felt I needed to get out of the states. My gut instinct led me to Costa Rica 🇨🇷. I couldn’t have chosen a better place!

*First off the 🌅 were unreal in Santa Teresa.
*It’s always in the 80s (degrees F)
*The surrounding energy was perfect for reflection & seeking clarity. Beautiful beaches always help there ..
*the nature, waterfalls and laid back atmosphere in montezuma (where this picture is from)
*PEOPLE I met, so authentic and genuine. It was fascinating to hear their stories!
Not to mention, it being a
*healthy and fit community where i met so many people who shared The same values as me when it comes to taking care of their body, their health and it didn’t matter If they were traveling, they always found a way- no excuses mindset.
Me: Ummm Hi can we be friends? 😜

Yup I’m totally returning for a much longer stay !! Can’t wait😜

To live... what does that mean to you?

To stay afloat? To breathe? To get just ‘get by’ by majoring in the minors and existing?
Or..
to experience adventure, dive into new culture, try new things, have gratitude for all the gifts of life and make the most you can in any given experience?

It doesn’t have to be travel for everyone (that’s definitely my thing 🤣). If you would to@look at your life and there is something screaming at you, what is it? What do you want to do? A calling over your life? A God given talent you have not used? A career change? A vacation?
Don’t ignore that burning desire inside of you... act on it, pray on it and be grateful the moment it is in your life

Sunset 🌅 at Santa Monica Beach 🏖 workout last week. I CRUSHED it! Legs & Core. I loved this platform. I was able to perform SL squats, Bulgarian squats, surfer jumps, box jumps, Down dog push-ups, door swings.. and lots more plank position core work.
I gave my body a week off from any physical activity..minus walking and a little running ok fine yoga too ( I needed too for my mental health 😊) Now im back and feel stronger than ever. Sometimes we need a little break.

☀️ the sunshine called my soul to the bay for this quick leg workout.
A pair of 15 pound dumbbells, a loop band and a bench ( for step ups) is all I needed 💪

I know dumbbells are not in your travel 🧳 bags, but if you are in 1 location for along we period of time, investing in 1 pair of DBs is not a bad idea. (Then sell them on FB market before you leave 😆)... optional, but not necessary. Resistance bands are just find for on the go workouts and they are so light and convenient to travel with.

A Flight of whole blend is so much better for the body than a flight of beers 😂
