An order of Fudgey Brownie coming right up!!!

Surprisingly these are my most time consuming cookie. Everything has to be done perfectly in order to get the brownie texture in cookie form. From melting chocolate shavings all the way to the eggs being hand mixed for a certain period of time. The patience pays off though!
