What do I do with extra frosting and cake? I practice! Here’s one I did on Saturday. It is not perfect by any means, but it gave me a much better idea of what I need to practice on for April. The folks I gave it to, didn’t mind eating it either.

Busy weekend! 1st birthday cake for a special little boy. And, what’s a birthday without chocolate cake balls? Sunday we hosted Bethany Lutheran College Concert Band at our church, and I made mini chocolate and white cupcakes for the reception following.
