A little peek at what Peak Rise Co has been working on lately 🤍

These past few days have been full of baking, packaging, and filling some of my very first orders — and I just want to say thank you.

Starting this business has been both exciting and nerve-wracking, but seeing people support something I’ve worked hard on means more than I can put into words.

So far, I’ve had the opportunity to make:

Every order is made fresh, homemade, and with care. This business is still in the beginning stages, but each order is helping build something bigger than just baked goods — it’s helping build a dream.

Welcome to Peak Rise Co

Starting this page means more to me than just opening a business — it means finally saying yes to a dream I’ve carried for a long time.

For years, I wanted to own my own restaurant. Life, family, responsibilities, and timing kept that dream on the back burner. And honestly, I thought maybe it would stay there.

But dreams have a way of changing shape.

What started as baking for my family, coworkers, and loved ones became something more. It became comfort, connection, and a way to pour love into something with my own hands. Every batch I make carries a little piece of that.

The moment that pushed me to stop waiting came from my daughter. When she asked me to help with a school project and wanted to use my bakery idea, it made me realize something important: I want my children to see that dreams don’t expire. That even if life takes you on a different path, you can still choose to begin.

So this is my beginning.

Peak Rise Co was built on faith, family, hard work, and the belief that small beginnings can grow into something bigger than you imagined.

Right now, I’m starting small — baking from home, learning, growing, and building one step at a time. But this is part of a much bigger dream.

One day, I hope Peak Rise Co grows into land, gardens, animals, a commercial kitchen, and a place where everything we create comes from the ground up — literally.

For now, it starts here:
Fresh bread. Warm cinnamon rolls. Homemade cookies. Brownies. Sweet treats. Made fresh, made with care, and made with purpose.
