If you know me even a little bit then you know just how spot on this hat is.
I purchased it from a small baker; Basil and Bloom. I cannot say enough about what I have learned from his videos. I bake better bread because of him and so many others in the Sourdough Community- the willingness to share knowledge is like both I have experienced before.
Also, the customer service (after I messed up) at Basil and Bloom is top notch!
