I wanted to give a huge Thank You to Belmont Wellness Center for hosting my Macaron Fundraiser for Macys Surgery. Week two is officially underway with Chocolate, Vanilla, and Lemon. Next week I will have the most popular flavor Strawberry Champagne! If you are in need of anything wellness I highly recommend Belmont Wellness. I see Alyssa for massage therapy and Megan for acupuncture. They are absolutely amazing people and love what they do. There is so much more too!

Tomorrow is Macy's Surgery and I will give updates when I can. Thank you to all that have bought macarons and have donated. Every one of you is truly appreciated. ♡

Macy Mae has been through so much this year, and it breaks my heart to see her struggle. After her emergency surgery for a hematoma in her spleen, we thought we were in the clear, but now she’s facing a tumor in her liver and something on her kidney. We have an appointment with a specialist on July 28th to determine the best course of action. Regardless, we know surgery is necessary to remove the tumor. Macy is more than just a dog; she’s my soul and my best friend. She loves her sisters, Mia and Molly, and her favorite things like swimming and playing keep away with her socks. I’m reaching out to ask for your support to help cover her medical expenses. Please like, comment, and share this post so more people can see Macy’s story and help us give her the care she deserves.

✨ A Little Piece of My Story ✨
I've always been a creative person, and when I started working at Cake Me Away, I quickly realized that baking and decorating were things I truly loved and wanted to continue pursuing in the future.
A few months after leaving, I was given the opportunity to create a wedding cake. To be honest, wedding cakes always intimidated me, and I never imagined they would be something I'd enjoy making. But that experience changed everything—and I'm so glad I took the chance!
Not long after, Lauren's Sweet Indulgence was born. 💕
Since then, I've had so much fun creating custom cakes, developing my own recipes, and receiving all of your wonderful feedback and support. One of my biggest passions has become learning and perfecting macarons, and I look forward to expanding that side of my business while continuing to create beautiful, delicious cakes and treats for all of you.
As many of you may know, Cake Me Away will be closing its brick-and-mortar location at the end of this summer. While they will continue offering select items through another local business, many of their current services and operations will be changing.
