Spring is here!! Mosaic Sioux Falls Falls Park Farmer's Market Saturday March 21.
Lemon lover's delight cheesecake (light lemon cheesecake, lemon curd topping, and light buttery shortbread crust). Carrot cake cheesecake. Twixish bars made with buttery shortbread crust homemade caramel and our famous artisian fudge.
Hand crafted taffy - fun flavors this time banana coconut peanut butter, banana n coconut, or banana peanut butter. We also have cotton candy, the above separate.
We will also have lemon blueberry cream cheese bread back.
We also have more little fudges this week.

This Saturday, join us at The Mosaic's Winter Market, where we will be offering a variety of handmade treats such as candy, salted nut rolls, mounds, almond joys, hand-pulled salt water taffy, and bundt cakes. Our cheesecake offerings will expand with Cherry Almond and Cherry Almond Chocolate Chips flavors. Full-size and custom-sized cheesecakes can be ordered. We are also working on launching a menu and website.
