Busy week! Custom made charcuterie boards for a Gala and then catered charcuterie, cupcake boxes and florals for 168 people! It was such a pleasure and the guests at event were some of the most amazing, talented and kind people I have ever had the pleasure of serving! Shout out to my amazing husband Robin, Judianne Frampton, Madi and Favian Herrera whose support and help allowed me to pull this event off without much of a hitch!

Busy week with lots of things going on for a huge event! 800 mini cupcakes (flavors for cupcakes are dark chocolate Frangelica expresso bean, hibiscus prosecco champagne, strawberry cheesecake with lemon glass and pistachio cupcakes!) and charcuterie for 150 plus (20 huge…2 foot by 1 foot trays for tables of eight as centerpiece) that include pesto crostini, deli meat k-bobs and chicken salad puffs with the usual accoutrements!

A heart shaped clown cake!

Inside cake flavors layers:
1. Bottom layer is hot pink colored strawberry cheesecake flavored poundcake with a cream cheese flavored butter creme
2. Middle layer is two white cheesecake flavored cake layers placed together with a tart lemon glaze brushed on and a center layer of cream cheese frosting and freeze dried crumbled strawberries
3. Top layer is another layer of hot pink strawberry cheesecake flavored poundcake.
4. The cut will be gorgeous with hot pink and white lucious layers of a heavier strawberry poundcake on top and bottom and moist center layers of white cheesecake flavored cake with a variety of textures and complimentary flavors of lemon, strawberry and cheesecake added to cake and fillings.

All frosted on the outside with a yummy but stable, tasty very pipeable butter creme frosting flavored with a bit of cheesecake pudding powder and a touch of butter flavored popcorn powder in the mix. Just a touch…enough to cut sweetness but NOT taste salty! It’s my secret for a better tasting buttercreme! Candy heart and bows on cake sides purchased at Hobby Lobby. Dusted with edible metalic powder in rose gold to match cake toppers

The cake topper face accents were hand created with fondant and edible paint pens. A sprinkle of red sugar crystals for freckles. A royal blue icing for eye shadow. Hat, metallic heart candles and heart accented happy birthday sign in metallic rose gold all came from Amazon. I made its complimentary cake board!

My lighting at home is terrible. Yellow. Wish you could see the beautiful purples and pinks better then these pictures depict. I need to get some better more professional lighting set ups for my cake pics!
