Careen

Careening (also known as "heaving down")[1] is the practice of grounding a sailing vessel at high tide in order to expose one side of its hull for maintenance and repairs below the water line when the tide goes out.

I think that this word can apply to our own lives. There comes a time where we all have experienced the desire or need to ground ourselves in order to expose what may not be in working order. This task is not easy, however it becomes necessary in order to repair the areas we may have neglected in one way or another. Maintenance is also important to ensure long term results to the areas we have taken the time and energy to mend.

Arbonne has been an amazing catalyst to begin my Kareening...I have been able to find those areas that I have ignored and neglected. In exposing those areas I have began to mend and repair, which isn’t a cake walk. (see what i did there?-cake walk - i digress) The choice I made to c(k)areen my health has been a life changer for me and my hope is that I can do the same for you.
