Someone said to me the other day, “Wow, your family must LOVE you with all the cookies they probably get to eat!”

And I said, “Well… they get the ugly ones, so ‘love’ might be a strong word.”

Because let’s be honest… my spouse doesn’t get the cute, perfectly decorated cookies. They get the ones where I’m like:

“Hmm… this one is… ✨unique✨.”

Translation: I messed it up. Eat it. 😂

Wrong color? Spouse.
Icing ran? Spouse.
Looks nothing like what I had pictured? Definitely spouse.
Random leftover icing colors slapped together like the following picture? Congratulations, dinner is served! 🍪

Honestly, I don’t know if this is love or just an extremely convenient way to dispose of evidence. 😂❤️
