Baking You Happy Simply put, I am a graduate student that makes very good bagels! I make all these bagels in a home kitchen under the Texas "Cottage Law."

I am always experimenting with new bagel flavors to expand my menu so keep an eye out for new options! As such it is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. However, as a virologist I am familiar with transmissible diseases and avoiding contamination, so I always use appropriate practices to keep my bagels safe and delicious!
