We use Swiss meringue buttercream as a base for all of our frosting. It starts with egg whites* and sugar and then, like magic (and some butter), it turns into our delicious frosting! It’s super creamy, smooth, and, obviously, delicious 😋.

*we use our yolks to make yellow cake for The Cat’s Meow cupcake 🍪 and lime curd for our crazy good Island cupcake 🥥 !
