💕 Walnut Pecan French Macarons 💕

A little elegance with a whole lot of indulgence!

These beautiful pink French macarons are filled with silky, rich buttercream, dipped in creamy white chocolate, and generously coated with finely chopped toasted walnuts and pecans.

Every bite is a delicious combination of delicate, crisp shells, luscious buttercream, and buttery, nutty goodness!

These beauties will be making their debut on my dessert table at my housewarming party this Saturday! I’ve been busy creating a dessert spread that’s just as special as the friends who will be celebrating with me.

And of course, I couldn’t resist adding a little pink to the celebration! 💕

A Birthday Celebration Deserves a Crowning Success!

Happy Birthday to Nazrie Williams! 🎉💕

This gorgeous, mile-high German Chocolate Cake was ordered and made from scratch especially for my customer, Nazrie William’s, birthday!

Layers of rich, moist German chocolate cake are filled with a decadent coconut-pecan frosting, then wrapped in silky chocolate buttercream with beautifully textured sides. The top is crowned with even more of that irresistible coconut-pecan goodness and a generous border of chocolate buttercream rosettes.

To finish it off, toasted coconut and pecan halves surround the base for that extra special touch.

Rich, indulgent, and absolutely loaded with chocolate, coconut, and pecans! There’s a reason this award-winning cake is one of Sweet Ruby’s customer favorites!

These delightful treats begin with delicate apple-green macaron shells, filled with silky buttercream and a luscious caramel apple center. Each one is finished with a drizzle of golden caramel and a generous sprinkle of crunchy chopped nuts.

Oh, those beautiful macaron feet! 💗

I have been on a mission to perfect my macarons in my new oven, and let me tell you, it has been a challenge! Lots of trial and error, a little frustration, and plenty of determination. But I think I can finally say I have created my PERFECT recipe!

Just look at that rise and those gorgeous feet! Exactly what I have been working so hard to achieve!

These little beauties are being made for my housewarming party next weekend, and they are going to be something special!

🍁 Maple Pecan French Macarons 🍁

Filled with a rich maple pecan buttercream, dipped in creamy white chocolate, and finished with crushed pecans. Oh my goodness! 🤎

There is something so satisfying about finally getting something right after working so hard to perfect it. And if you know me, you know I don’t give up easily!

One more sweet treat for the dessert bar, and I cannot wait to share these with my guests!

Oh, how sweet is this baby shower theme!

These custom, hand-cut sugar cookies were made with lots of love to celebrate a precious little boy on the way!

From the adorable teddy bears with their little blue bows to the tiny onesies, rattles, and personalized cookies, every detail was carefully decorated to make this celebration extra special.

Such a sweet way to welcome baby Reid! 💙

🤠 A Little Cowboy Is on the Way! 💙

This custom baby shower set may be one of my favorites! Every one of these sugar cookies was hand-cut and individually decorated, with all the little western details—from cowboy boots and hats to horseshoes, baby bottles, bibs, and that sweet little rocking horse. 🤎🩵

They definitely took some time, but seeing the whole set come together makes it worth it!

And there’s no slowing down at Sweet Ruby’s just yet… 3 more orders to complete! Back to the kitchen I go!

Boston Cream Pie

I think it’s safe to say this beauty has become a Sweet Ruby’s favorite! This is officially the 21st one I’ve made this month—and I’m pretty sure I could make one in my sleep at this point.

Layers of soft, golden cake filled with rich, creamy homemade pastry cream and finished with a generous layer of decadent chocolate ganache dripping down the sides.

Twenty-one cakes later, and that chocolate-and-pastry-cream combination still makes me hungry every single time.

Thank you for keeping Sweet Ruby’s kitchen so wonderfully busy!
