Our Story
Homemade baked goods. Locally owned and operated, serving delicious old-fashioned cookies, candies, biscotti, and more. All of our items are made from scratch the old fashioned way, without the use of any preservatives, dough conditioners or stabilizers. At Shaw Hill Cookies & Candies – we bake from the heart. Consider us for your birthdays, showers, office parties/meetings, graduation, valentines, Christmas treats or just because….. Please see Menu under “Albums” for a list of tasty treats!
A little more about Shaw Hill Cookies... This is a one-woman show for the most part. I grew up baking in my Grandma and Mother’s kitchen and have continued the tradition by providing traditional home baked cookies and other treats we love from our childhood.
I work full time at a “normal” job Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, so Cookies are “my side-gig”. My orders are prepared and picked up at my home in Joplin, MO primarily on the weekends.
Due to my busy work schedule; I require at least 4-5 days advance notice on all orders to reserve a spot on the calendar (if the date is available).
