We are still amazed by the incredible response to the launching of our Ube Ensaimada a few weeks ago and for that, we are very thankful.

We’re currently developing a new flavor that we’d like to launch in the spring! Would you be excited to get a first taste of it before launch day?

If we get enough interest, we might do a test run 😁

We have been working on this masterpiece for a while. We want it to be perfect. We want it to be an explosion of delicious Ube in your mouth! And it doesn’t even cost that much, only $35 a dozen💜

Our Ensaimadas have a naturally long shelf life.
This beauty has been in the freezer for more than 2 weeks. I just defrosted it in the microwave for 3 minutes and wow! It looks and tastes like it has just been taken out fresh from the oven.
So yummy!
