CINNAMON AND SUGAR CAKE. Not a Cinnamon Sugar Cake, but Cinnamon and Sugar. A white cake batter filled with fresh cinnamon and vanilla bean to give the cake a very soft, moist and wonderful taste. Topped with a Cinnamon Buttercream Icing and touched off with a little of real cinnamon and sugar on top.

Well, this is my latest cake. My grandson asked for an avengers cake (although I learned from one of the kids at his birthday party) that one of the figures is not part of the avengers. Kids are so smart. A vanilla cake on the bottom and chocolate on top.

PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE. One of my new recipes from www.sylviasbakes.com. Took to a work place; they loved it; gone very fast. Some of the nice words I heard were: comfort, moist, just the perfect amount of spice, and not a strong pumpkin taste. I'm so happy, because now I have three orders for Thanksgiving.

MINECRAFT CHOCOLATE CAKE. When I was asked to make a minecraft cake for a 6-year old boy, I thought, what is minecraft. Well, after research, learned that this is one of the most popular children's game. So, I tried to imitate the best I could. Three layers of chocolate cake filled with buttercream icing in between each, oreo cookies all around the sides, and the top covered with chocolate colored squares and buttercream icing for grass.
