If you’ve never tried spelt, you’re missing out 🌾

It’s an ancient grain with a light texture and a slightly nutty flavor that makes it feel just a little different (in the best way).

Spelt also has a more water-soluble gluten structure, which some people find gentler.

And when it’s freshly milled, that flavor really comes through.

It’s a quiet favorite around here 🤍
