Loving the fine gold detail on this cookie. I never really say what I’m going to do with a set of cookies during the ordering process. Sometimes my ideas don’t work out and sometimes I have a better idea in the middle of decorating. This black and gold cookie for example, I planned to only highlight the raised lines with gold but of course I got it on the background of the cookie and we’ll, you see what it looks like now! 😁 Still beautiful!

Save the date, Saturday June 11 from 9-1 as we open our space to The Cookie Cache for a one day dessert pop-up event.
The Cookie Cache is a Gainesville micro business led by Jenn, a full time baker and solo mom to 5, including 2 sets of twins!
We met Jenn and her tasty desserts at a local market in Gainesville where we sampled some of her delicious desserts.
In her journey over the last decade she has grown The Cookie Cache from a passion she pursued on the side, to a full time profession with a wide menu of decadent dessert options.
Enjoy a crafted cup of coffee along with some of Jenn's favorite offerings at 108 Vine. We will also be offering complimentary samples of some of our favorite shop chocolates and treats.

We live near a train track and sometimes in the evenings when it’s quiet, we can hear the train coming so we jump in the car, no shoes or anything and ride up to the crossing to watch the train go by! The kids love it!

I’m so sad…I could have sworn I took pictures of this set but I guess I did not 😕this is the only one I can find. I got to meet Kyle and his wonderful family and they were seriously the sweetest people! I was so humbled by them! Kyle has so much to celebrate; he has 2 undergraduate degrees, 1 in Aerospace Engineering and 1 in Mechanical Engineering plus a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. He’s also doing an internship at NASA!!! 😱 .
