Introducing NEW RUBY CHOCOLATE infused flavors.
Ruby Chocolate is a couverture chocolate extracted from a unique variety of Cocoa beans with its own Ruby color, it has no added color or flavoring. It has some intense fruity and sour notes which makes it perfect for pairing it with berry flavors for macarons . Can’t wait for clients to try our new flavor. As it is an expensive chocolate to work with it comes with a slight up charge which is totally worth the experience!

Christmas 🎄 baking Christmas!!! I normally don’t bake cupcakes and not too fond of them too but couldn’t resist making these HOTCOCOACUPCAKES 😊. Filled with Chantilly cream inside, topped with white and milk chocolate buttercream and last but not the least roasted homemade Marshmallow frosting 🧁 with a drizzle of chocolate ganache, that’s all……..

I am so thankful for getting to know some of the most wonderful local businesses through my work. I recently got to make these Chanel macarons for and I must say they have a unique collection of designer bags and jewelry. Excited to work with them in the future too !
