I FINALLY DID IT!! 🥹🍞✨

I’ve officially mastered sourdough focaccia, and I couldn’t be happier with how this beauty turned out! 😍 Golden, crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, and absolutely DELICIOUS. 🤤 That crunch, that texture… just PERFECT! 🙌❤️

I’m going to practice a little more on a few more things, but let’s just say I have some exciting things coming for you guys! 👀🔥

I’ve been sitting here waiting for life to slow down just a little bit so I could get back to baking and maybe get some freeze-dried candy made… but I’ve come to realize something:

Life never slows down. 😂

So, I guess it’s time for early mornings and late nights because we’ve got a store to fill with LOTS of sweet treats! 🍪🍬 We have PLENTY of wheat berries now(500+lbs…let’s get this party started🙌🏻🙌🏻)!!!

Y’all be watching, because things are about to get BUSY around here! And when you see me and notice the bags under my eyes… DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT. 😂

I’ll be fine.

50+ hours with daycare another 50 hours a week baking and making freeze-dried candy…

Okay friends, let’s talk COLLARD GREENS! 🥬

Do you like them? Do you NOT like them? And most importantly… how do you cook them?!

I’m working on putting a few things in the garden for fall, and I’m curious about collard greens. I’ve always heard they’re even better when planted in the fall, but I want to hear from YOU!

Tell me your favorite way to cook them, what you put in them, and whether you think they’re worth growing. 👩‍🌾🌱

I have a quick question for y’all! I know it’s almost fall, but I’m already starting to think about my spring garden. 😂 Yes, I know… it’s crazy! But if I want to be prepared, I’ve got to start planning now!

So I’m curious… what vegetables would you be interested in buying from a local farmer? 🥕🍅🥒🧅🧄🫑🫜

And would a weekly garden box be something you’d be interested in? Maybe a box filled with whatever is fresh and ready from the garden that week. 🧺🌱

Good Afternoon Friends.

I just wanted to let you all know that I will NOT be attending the Country Night Event at the Gainesville Texas Farmers Market.

Things are a little crazy around here at the moment and I have not had a chance to make any candy.☺️

I do apologize, but this is definitely a time of “life happening.”

Be watching. once things settle down, I’ll have candy & some homemade sweet treats in the store. 🫶🏻

I decided to cancel the September market due to there only being FOUR vendors that signed up this month.

There are a few other events & walks that day, that some of our vendors will be attending.
