Here is another great dish of mine, a special that I did for a Halloween Party.. Spanakopita with a side of Homemade tzatziki sauce! The spanakopita was amazing (despite fillo dough not wanted to cooperate), and the tzatziki was a nice added combo with the spanakopita.

Updates for everyone! Here in the next couple weeks I'm hoping (🤞🤞) to be having all my licenses settled and made official and I can officially take customers! Hello and Welcome to The Wandering Whisk! 🧁🍴

Come get all your bohemian bites for all you Free-Spirited souls. 🌿☮️ I will be starting out with doing personal orders of baked goods, just to get my name out. If things go well from there, I will be adding Personal Chef services right to your front door!

This first post is my version of a rat chef classic... ratatouille. 🐀

You know in the movie when the critic eats the ratatouille and his childhood flashes before his eyes? Thats what it felt like taking my first bite off this dish. However it wasn't my childhood that was flashing back to me, it was me in culinary, getting told by our Chef that our groups ratatouille "made Remi really disappointed".

None the less, I definitely redeemed myself with this dish, and it absolutely earned its spot within my company. I am SO excited to be starting this business, and I CANNOT wait to see where this takes me!
