Guys, we had to make another post to say thank you for helping us sell out of our Gourmand Epicerie store almost completely in less than 12 hours. There are still cheeses and dry goods left, so come on in and help us wrap it up! You really turned out for us, and really showed us how much we, and the store has meant to the community over the years. Our helpers in the shop yesterday spoke of tears, recounts of funny stories and stories of gratitude for the things we did behind the scenes for Frenchtown that few knew. We see and hear each of you and send you giant hugs.
We want to say a special thank you to those who reached out behind the scenes and know the true circumstances, asking if they could partner with us in reopening a brand new location in the area and we will definitely be talking further. In the meantime, just know how grateful we are that you think of us, and that in some humble way, we have added to the fabric of Frenchtown’s history.
