I don’t have a photo of them but we will have potato and sausage kolaches this week! You have my youngest to thank - he’s been bugging me to make them for weeks. We also have loaded baked potato galettes, apple empanadas, cinnamon rolls, berry galettes, everything bagels, whole wheat sourdough, and white sourdough bread.
Open 7am-3pm Tuesday and Wednesday.

To everyone who came looking for a sausage egg and cheese roll yesterday but we were sold out - we are working on fixing that!! I’ve placed another order for Castle Farms breakfast sausage and I will make sure I’ve got WAY more breakfast sandwiches next time. Business has really picked up in the last couple of weeks and we’re still playing catchup. We’re so grateful for your support and for everyone who’s spread the word about our little bakery - we want to make sure you all get a taste!

Apricot jam brioche buns! These are so soft and sweet - like a little jam donut. We also have some of the seeded sourdough loaves for half-off today - they have pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds in them and make fantastic toast. Also white sourdough, strawberries and cream buns, strawberry galettes, ham and cheese rolls, everything bagels, cinnamon rolls and pop tarts.
