Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your patience this past week! I took a while to rest after a very busy stretch, and it was the perfect time for it. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by going hiking, walking on the beach, and fossil hunting! He also surprised me with the King Arthur Big Book of Bread (it was my favorite book to check out at the library!). 🥰 Now that my break is over, I’m excited and ready for what’s next!

The bagel drop is open again, and I’m working on a few things: a rewards program (launching next week!), new bagel flavors, adding homemade Vietnamese baguettes to the menu, and cookies are also on the horizon!

My last market of the season is in the books! What a journey this has been! Today we sold out in two hours, and I was once again reminded of how much I love this community. 🥹 The thrill of selling out market after market has been more than I ever dreamed of when I first started.

Cheesecakes by Megan LLC was a booth neighbor today and we traded baked goods, she shared tips about finding commercial kitchens, and there might even be a potential collaboration in the future! 😁 Pier T LLC was on my other side, and I've been using some of their products since our last market. I looooooooove the sea lily and lime body scrub! The quality of homemade goods can't be beaten (I need to write a full review later!) And thank you for buying my last two bagels!!

Also, this is just the beginning of Forest Hearth! With markets wrapped up, I'll have time to expand beyond bagels. Big things are coming soon! 👀

And finally, none of this growth would have been possible without Margo's, so I'd like to give a special thanks. From the very beginning, I was given a place to set up and share my bagels, and every single time they promoted my business. I felt the impact. Their support has been one of the biggest reasons my name reached so many new people. For that, I will always be grateful! 🫶
