🥓 Bacon Cheddar: One of our all-time customer favorites. We sold out quickly last Father’s Day, and for good reason. Sharp cheddar and smoky bacon are hard to beat.

🍯 Hot Honey Parmesan Asiago: A flavor you’ve requested again and again. Savory Parmesan and Asiago paired with sweet heat from hot honey for the perfect balance.

🥐 Chocolate Chip Croissant: One of the coolest sourdough recipes we’ve come across. Shredded butter is worked into the dough to create flaky, croissant-like layers with all the benefits and flavor of sourdough.

🍪 Double Chocolate Oreo: Our chocolate sourdough base loaded with Oreo pieces throughout. Perfect for anyone who believes dessert should always be included.

As always, Flight Club flavors are exclusive and available only in the flight. Taste all four, vote for your favorite, and help decide which flavor earns a spot on our seasonal menu.

If you’ve shopped with us before, you know the drill: pre-order or get to the market early. Our biggest rush is usually between 9:30 and 10:30 AM, and that’s when the racks start looking a little bare.

This week kicks off our brand-new Summer Flight Series: a changing lineup of exclusive sourdough flight flavors that won’t be available as full-size loaves. Introducing our first Flight Club Exclusive: The Fruitastic Four! This flight features 🍊 Orange Cranberry, 🫐 Lemon Blueberry, 🍓 Strawberry White Chocolate, and 🍒 Chocolate Covered Cherry.

Here’s where it gets fun: Every customer who purchases a flight gets to cast a vote for their favorite flavor. One winning flavor will earn a spot on our full-size menu, giving you the chance to help shape the Gourmet Gringa menu this summer.

We’ve sold over 125 flights this season featuring our Everything Seasoning, Rosemary Garlic, Pepperoni Pizza, and S’mores mini loaves—and we can see why they’ve been such a fan favorite!

Starting next week, these flavors will only be available as individual full-size loaves, making this your last chance to enjoy them together in one flight.

Meet this week’s special: Caramelized Onion & Gouda Sourdough. 🧅🧀🍞 Available at the King George Farmers' Market!

Sweet, slow-caramelized onions paired with rich, creamy Gouda create the perfect balance of savory, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious.

What the video doesn’t fully capture is that this loaf required 10 onions… and somehow both of us ended up crying. 😂

Normally my husband volunteers for onion duty because he’s less affected than I am. This time? The onions chose violence and took us both out.

Was the loaf worth it? Absolutely.

Will we make it again? Ask our eyes after they’ve recovered.
