mily, and draw my children to my side. There's nothing better than sharing a warm cookie or fresh loaf of bread as a family! We specialize in all things sourdough. Our sourdough breads are made with a starter instead of commercial yeast. Starter is a combination of flour and water that is fermented and contains wild, naturally occurring yeast and bacteria. This complex interplay of microorganisms provides sourdough with its classic tangy flavor, chewy texture, and multiple health benefits. Many of our baked treats are made with starter discard, which often has an additional leavening agent, but the use of starter aids in a soft texture and excellent flavor. All products are made fresh to order, and from high-quality ingredients with great attention to detail.
