The next bread class is scheduled for January 18th. We will start at 9:30 with waffles and pancakes made with fresh-milled whole wheat flour. You will discover how to change recipes you have used for years, making them healthier by changing the flour you use. I will demonstrate how to make loaf bread, braided filled bread, dinner rolls, and cinnamon rolls. Next, we'll make healthy cookies that you can eat quilt free. Our lunch break will be homemade soup along with samples of all our bread. Everyone will leave with information packets on what you've learned along with a loaf of bread that YOU made.
Classes are limited to four.
Classes cost 45.00
There is a 20.00 refund for anyone who purchases a Wondermill from Cottage Mill

I held my first official bread class today. We made loaf bread, braided apple bread, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, fiber bars and waffles. My house smelled wonderful! We finished our class with a field trip to Yoders. It was a very long but very fun day.

Today I'm at the mall peddling my wares. The Fredericksburg Classic Christmas Show is located in the conference room between the La Gourmet Chef and Wiggle Worms. I brought 32 loaves of bread, carrot cake, pumpkin bread, cranberry orange bars and over 200 cookies. Come by and see me!
