Pricing
Drop cookies: $15/dozen
Sugar cookies: $26/dozen (base price-may increase with flavor, difficulty of design and quantity of colors needed)
Minimum 1 dozen cookies per order. I do not do quantity discounts-each cookie is handmade and decorated fresh for you. Packaging
Each of my sugar cookies come individually heat sealed to ensure maximum fres
hness. Labels on each cookie and/or box state the variety and known allergens. Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar. Please note that drop cookies take much less time than decorated sugar cookies. Drop cookies need to be ordered no later than 1 week out from your event. Decorated sugar cookies need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks out from your event. Quotes
I am happy to give quotes on orders. Feel free to send me inspiration pictures or ideas. I do ๐ป๐ผ๐ offer copyrighted images and/or characters. I also will not exactly replicate another bakerโs work. Placing an order
After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to confirm or pass within 24 hours. A 50% retainer fee (non-refundable, transferable dependent on my availability) is due within 48 hours of confirming your order. I will send you an invoice with details of your order. Failure to pay your retainer fee cancels your order. Feel free to reach out to me if you are having difficulty making the payment. Final payment (remaining 50%) is due 1 week before your event. Failure to make your final payment on time will result in your order being canceled. Your retainer fee will ๐ป๐ผ๐ be refunded and will ๐ป๐ผ๐ be transferable to a different date. Orders placed less than 2 weeks before event date will require 100% payment up front and may be subject to a 25% rush fee.

Payments may be made using cash, check, Cashapp, or Venmo. I no longer accept PayPal. Change an order
Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates may be requested. I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than 2 weeks before your event and may be subject to additional fees. Cancel an order
Canceled orders will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following cancellation date. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders canceled one week or closer to event will receive no credit. If I must cancel an order due to emergency, a full refund will be issued. Refunds
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order. Delivery and pick up
Orders may be delivered for a fee, or they may be picked up in Fredericksburg or Harper. I will deliver to surrounding towns. The delivery fee is based on distance. If you choose to pick up your order, I will provide the address when scheduling pickup time. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. My schedule is busy so please reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If your pickup time has passed by 30 minutes, I will reach out once. I will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pickup. I will reach out a third and final time 24 hours after your pickup time has passed. Failure to respond or reach out to me after 72 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued. Order release and cookie care
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Payment of your retainer indicates that you agree and comply with the above terms and conditions.
