Yes, I’ve gone quiet for a couple weeks… I’ve had lots to figure out, but now I can finally share!!

I almost always have a pile of jobs. I love it, and it keeps me on my toes… but I’ve been working towards and waiting for a promotion with one of them - and it finally happened 🤩

Im starting a whole new adventure, in a whole new field, and I’m so excited about it!

But, it’s a full time position, in sales. Plus I’m going to be learning an entire new industry in my spare time 😂 I’ve been trying to figure out when I could pull off a few more orders in my spare time… but I don’t have any spare time 😂

So, here’s what I’ve come up with for all my bakery people... I’m thinking pop-ups is the way to go! I’m going to try to take a few weekends over the holiday season and pre-bake as much as I have time for, and then flash sale it all! I promise I’ll give everyone a heads up when it’s going to happen 🤩

I’ve been looking forward to the holiday baking season all year, and I’m pretty bummed it’s going to be cut so so short…

But I’m really excited about what’s coming next!

Hey all! I hate to do this, just one week in, but there's no order form this week. Next week just has too many obligations, and not enough time to bake! The order form will be back next Friday... y'all tell me what you're craving in the comments!!

YALL THAT WAS INSANE 😳

First of all - I apologize, but most deliveries will be sent out first thing tomorrow (Thursday) morning. I just couldn’t get them delivered before 3:00… but if you want them tonight, feel free to come grab them!

2nd - I’m not sure which part of my soul I was sacrificing to work at the level I was working at the last time I was baking… but I AM NOT ON THAT LEVEL NOW 😳😂 it’s gonna take me a minute to get it back, I think? The order form next week is gonna be a lotttttt simpler, that’s for sure!

There were just a few hiccups - a failed batch of cookies, and I ran out of bags (yes, those are Walmart bags from my “bag of bags” 😂) but otherwise, it was a pretty good first day back!!

Besides the sheer amount of work I tried to squeeze into too few hours 😂

I’m gonna go take a light coma to recuperate. Yall enjoy your treats! A little bit of my soul is probably in there!

It's been too long since I've said this, but HAPPY ORDER DAY!

It feels SO GOOD to be back! I've missed y'all!

This order form is mostly the basics. Not trying to get ahead of myself, I'm definitely out of practice. And I gotta train these kids to help out (yes, it's time for the next set of kids to come work in the bakery! I love it!)

This order form was pulled directly from the post the other day, and the requests y'all had for what you've missed! If there's something you wanna see next week, drop it in the comments below!

Photos, descriptions, and prices are all in the form linked below. Pickups will be Wednesday next week. (Let me know if you need a specific day - we can get it done!) You'll get an email Monday morning confirming your pickup date and location.

(My confirmation emails no longer include your order info - so be sure to check the "copy of your responses" that the Google Form automatically sends to be sure that your order is correct!)

Orders will be available after 3:00 on your pickup day, with a completely contact-free, introvert-friendly way to collect your goodies.

FREE SIMPSON COUNTY SCHOOLS DELIVERY - choose delivery on the form below, note your school in the comments, and I'll get your order delivered to the front office of your school! (Please note the school in the comments, even if I already know it!) Look for those to show up the afternoon of your bake day!

If it says "No longer accepting orders" that just means we're sold out! Check back next Friday morning!

Um. Hey. Heyyyy. Hi. How are yall?

😂 it’s been a minute. Yes, I know. I disappeared!

The “one week a month” plan flopped when I realized the algorithm would never allow me to only show up once in a while 🙄

And then I accidentally had 3 jobs for a few months. Then we added in baseball and softball. Then the old phone with all my recipes on it crashed 😬 BUT then I got my first GRANDBABY 🥰🤩

(side note, I was BUILT for Mimi-ing!)

Every time I consider baking again, I think of the overgrown parts of my yard I’m ignoring, or my neglected gym membership, or the house projects I want to finish…

(I’m actually not AT ALL interested in clearing my yard, if anyone has any recommendations for that service - I gotta hire it done at this point 😂)

BUT. I’m craving fresh bread. I’m almost out of Italian seasoning. I neeeeeeeeed a sourdough chocolate chip cookie.

I’M COMING BACK, Y’ALL!

I’m using this post to gently nudge the algorithm awake. Remind y’all that fresh bread is SO GOOD 🤤 and sourdough chocolate chip cookies feed your soul.

I’m going to start working my way through my neglected messages soon, i promise.

I’ll start baking and taking orders once school is back in session, and the routines around my house are settling in. Look for me late August? Early September?

I’ll be resetting the bakery in the meantime, baking some trial runs, salvaging recipes, all the good stuff! I may have flash sales here and there as I bake, to keep jostling the algorithm!

Thank yall for always hanging with me, through all of life’s twists and turns! We’re coming up on 6 YEARS 😳 and YOU, my people, have hung with me every step of the way!!

Heyyyyy yall!
Sorry I haven’t posted… I realllly leaned into my month off. It’s been glorious.

I’ve enjoyed it so much, I’ve decided to make a ✨tiny✨ change in my schedule going forward…

I’m going to switch to monthly orders - just like the usual orders, but only one week/month.

This will usually look like holiday gifts and themed treats - as well as the usual favorites to stock your freezers. Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day… but also standalone babkas, cinnies, cookies, breads and treats, too.

First up will be Valentines Day - the order form will open next Friday, February 6th, with pickups the following week 🥰

AND, coming soon - you’ll be able to find more of my treats at Spill The Beans and Three Daughters Catering + Curated Events! I’ll be trying new things, smaller batches, different vibes, and I’m really excited to reconnect with my craft in a new way!

Thanks to all of my amazing customers, that support me while I’m out here trying new things! This entire bakery has been a wild ride from day 1, and you all keep showing up for whatever turn I take next - thank you!!
