Instant Pot Cajun Sausage, Potatoes and Green Beans

I'm not a fan of Cajun seasoning so I change it up with Garlic and Herb Seasoning.

After a very emotionally exhausting week (in a terrific way!), it hit the spot last night 😋.

When you know you're going to surprise a dear friend at the place you both get your hair cut (because you secretly scheduled today's appointment so that it overlapped with hers), and she just celebrated a birthday but you didn't get to see her because she was out of town, you bake her up a big pan of Nutella Brownies.

And then she shares with the employees at the hair cut place because she is just that generous (one of the many reasons why she's a dear friend 🤎).

And THEN she texts you in the evening and says they're the best brownies she's ever had (after she's already raved about them at the hair cut place).

Day. Made.
