I didn't sell every cookie at my first porch pop-up, but I gained something better.
A repeat customer bought her usual dozen, then came back for another dozen just to share with others.
Sometimes it's not about selling out. It's about having people believe in what you're building.

A little behind the scenes🤎🍪
What started as a love for sourdough turned into something I never expected. As a stay-at-home mom, I wanted something I could call my own while still being present for my girls.
Bake My Day has become so much more than cookies. It's been a creative outlet, a challenge, and a reminder that sometimes the best things start with a simple idea and a lot of patience.

One of the most common questions I get is how I know my stiff starter is ready. 👀
For me, I'm looking for lots of bubbles, activity throughout the starter, and signs that fermentation is happening.
This is exactly what I want to see before starting the next step of my cookie process. 🍪🤎
