I make fresh from scratch cakes, cookies, breads, and pastries. I also make jams, jellies, and fruit syrups in season. In about a month prickly pears will be ripe and I will be making jelly from them with various spices like cardamon, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chilies. If you would like any, get your orders in now as I can only make jelly while the fruit is in season.
