Thanks for stopping by! If we haven’t met yet, my name is Lacey. I’m a wife, mom and teacher who also happens to love creating beautiful, delicious desserts! If I’m not baking, I can usually be found with a cup of coffee in one hand and a book in the other. I’ve enjoyed baking for friends and family since I got my first Easy Bake oven as a kid and regularly bake for friends and family. I stumbled on a bit of cupcake artistry creating cupcake bouquets for the first time for a sweet friend’s retirement party in May of 2026. The following week I was asked to do a graduation party bouquet, then another friend asked me to do bouquets for Mother’s Day. From there Boutique Bites was created with the vision of keeping desserts customized, high quality, and accessible through a small scale home bakery.
