FRONT OF THE HOUSE
We are Pearl Snap Kolaches and have an immediate need for people that thrive in customer service in a growing small business. We are looking for one (1) new team members who is EARLY RISING, hard workers that we can quickly promote in pay following training.
You must have customer service experience in food service with a sense of urgency in your work. Must be able to shift from serving to cleaning to restocking and back again all while giving your best smile and attitude. Our employees know most of our customers by first name and they expect to get exceptional service from a family owned business. Food Handler/Manager card required and barista experience a plus.
These shifts will lead to more hours with management potential as the company grows and more locations are opened.
DO NOT APPLY if you cannot live without your phone or deliver your best on your worst days. We love our employees like family and seek to hire for the long term.

BACK OF THE HOUSE
-Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g. vegetables, meat, or preparing sauces)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow executive or sous chefโs instructions
-Clean up station and take care of leftover food
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
-Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industryโs best practices
