Subject: A Decade of Donuts, Love, and Memories: Our Final Goodbye

To Our Dearest Customers, Friends, and Neighbors,
With hearts full of both gratitude and sorrow, we are writing to announce that [Keller donuts & munchies] will be closing its doors permanently, starting this coming Monday, December 8, 2025.
It has been an incredible 10-year journey since we first opened on December 1, 2015. We have poured our hearts into serving this wonderful community.
For the past four months, persistent road construction right outside our door has drastically impacted our sales. We've worked a second job and done everything we could to weather the storm and keep our little shop running, but unfortunately, it is no longer sustainable.
This decision is incredibly difficult, but the hardest part is saying goodbye to all of you.
We are so profoundly grateful for your unwavering support and loyalty over the last decade. It has been our absolute joy to be a small part of your lives—your morning routines, weekend treats, and special celebrations.
A special, loving thank you to the many children who grew up visiting our shop. Seeing your smiling faces, watching you grow from small kids with pocket money to wonderful young adults, has been one of the greatest joys and a true highlight of these past 10 years.
You all became our family. We will cherish the memories made within these walls forever.
Please stop by before our final day to share one last donut and a final farewell. We would love to see you.
