10 cakes later… 😅🎂

This past weekend was a blessing! I had the honor of baking for a church function, and every cake was made with love.

This order included:
🍑 3 Peach Cobbler Pound Cakes (plus 1 remade)
🍌 2 Banana Pudding Pound Cakes
❤️ 2 Red Velvet Cakes (one remade after it fell while cooling)
🥕 Carrot Cake
🍫 Matilda Chocolate Cake
🥥 German Chocolate Cake

Baking will definitely keep you humble! The first Red Velvet tested done—the stick came out clean—but after it cooled, it fell. That’s what you may see on the side. Even though it looked great coming out of the oven, I wasn’t going to send out anything that didn’t meet my standards, so I remade it.

The Peach Cobbler Pound Cake also didn’t hold together the way I wanted, but nothing goes to waste! I cut it into portions and put it in pans so it could still be enjoyed.
