What’s going on world?
It has been a while since we’ve connected. A lot has transpired in the last 6 weeks or so. Xenia is going through quite a transition.
We’ve paused operations, sold our beloved coffee roasting machine and are in the process of right-sizing the company.
We don’t have a definitive timeline on when we’ll crank things back up. For now, we’re figuring out the next moves for downsizing.
As the founder of the company, it’s tough to see things not go as planned. Yet- for my faith, family and wellness a change is necessary.
Managing a startup company while working full-time, being a present husband/father/family member/faith community member, is onerous; admittedly, the burdensome load has taken a toll.
We’re grateful for the support that folks have shown us for 3+ years. We’re also positive there’s a fruitful future for Xenia Roastery.
