Ok y’all
The cookies have landed at Fae's Cabinet and are ready for your consumption.
This time around we have Cowboy Cookies and Preserved Lemon + Candied Hibiscus Cookies
The cowboy cookies are brown butter, semi sweet chocolate chips, coconut, pecans, Saigon cinnamon.
I was told and I quote..
‘This is the cookie I’ve been looking for since I was 12 yrs old’
I mean, they are quite delicious.
I would not set on the Preserved Lemon cookies. The lemon itself imparts an ultra citrusy umami flavor while the candied hibiscus give it a wonderful chewiness.
There is a limited amount of each cookie so if you want to try either or both the time is now.

What kind of cookies sound good this week my Fae's Cabinet people?
I’m itching to use the preserved lemons I just picked up. Maybe a Preserved Lemon Candied Hibiscus cookie and a Cowboy Cookie?
The cowboy cookie has oats, coconut flakes, pecans and semi sweet chocolate chips.

What’s going on this week at the MMB?
Well..
The Cheeseballs are now ‘Officially’ available to order!
These aren’t your boring ass grocery store cheeseball wanna-be’s.. these are legit af taste explosions that will have you wanting to eat it again and again.
I thought I pinned down a favorite this morning .. The Midnight Orchard.. then.. nope. As soon as I tried the Big Dill again that was my favorite 🙄.
I swear they are all so damn delicious.
Im very happy with this years flavor profiles.
What else?
Im baking all the honey cakes today.
And
I have one extra incredible honey cake available!
I was thinking I had 7 of them to bake today and I only had 6.
So.. my miscalculation is your gain.
It’s doing its 24 hr set up right now.
So..
I’ll deliver it to you tomorrow for $30.
If you want the extra lemme know and I’ll set up a delivery time for you tomorrow.
Besides ^
I’m highly considering doing pans of banana pudding and pans of tiramisu this Thursday if there is interest in those.
Same prices as before small $20, medium $40, large $65 delivered.
Also..
I have an order for 2 loaves of pumpkin bread and 1 banana bread on Friday so I’ll be glad to bake you one as well if you are wanting an end of the week sweet treat. A bourbon pecan pumpkin bread sure does sound good right about now.

It’s almost Sept already and you know what that means..
TOMORROW WE RELEASE THE CHEESEBALLS!
The flavors this year will knock your socks off! 2026 is the year of all killer no filler.
If you wanna try more than one of them the sampler is a great way to do that.
You get 3-6oz cheeseballs in that one.
Since there are 6 flavors you can get 2 samplers with 3 different flavors each time and try them all. That way you know your favorites and can move up to the 12 oz or party size of your favorite flavors.
I was asked earlier which is my favorite flavor and that’s an almost impossible question. Last year I would have said The Odd Ball but Idk this year.
I’m going to answer with ‘ whichever one I took the last bite of is my favorite’. 😂
They are all that good.
I can make any of these vegan as well for a $5 upcharge.

I made a birthday cake using the s**g technique but instead of way too much frosting I used cake moss. That way it’s not way overdone in the frosting dept.
White chocolate skulls to try and usher in the Halloween gods.
This one is a vanilla bean cake with blood orange marmalade filling.
Vanilla bean frosted.
Word on the street is that it was Mutherf**kin' DELICIOUS!

Thank you so much for another wonderful evening to everyone that attended the Let’s Eat South African Vegan Dinner tonight!
Great food and amazing conversation was had by all.
We even had someone come and share their birthday with us tonight.
