This one came with its fair share of challenges, disappointments, and moments of uncertainty.

After losing two homes to cash offers and walking away from another because of an appraisal shortfall, there were plenty of reasons to feel discouraged.

But sometimes the doors that close are the very ones that lead us exactly where we're meant to be.

And when this home came along, everything just fell into place. Beautifully, effortlessly, and at exactly the right time.

It's amazing how quickly the disappointments of yesterday can turn into the blessings of today.

So incredibly happy for this new beginning and all the wonderful memories waiting to be made.

Some closings just mean a little more.

Today we officially closed on the sale of a home for someone who is very near and dear to my heart! I’m so thankful she trusted me to be a part of this process and to walk alongside her through such a big transition.

More than anything, I’m just so happy for her. She deserves all the happiness, peace, and good that life has to offer, and I just know this next season is going to bring just that!
