I’ve tried The Bakehoose a few times now and I swear every time it just gets better and better. 😋

You may remember Shandrah and Wullie used to have a spot back in 2021 at the Bakery District. After taking a few years off to deal with life, they happened to be in the right place at the right time to get this place at Brunwick Court! (And I’m so happy they did!)

You can also order larger cheesecakes for special events, and I promise her skill set is so wide and creative— she’ll find a flavor all of your guests will love.

Just a little highlight for one of the more interesting flavors we’ve had in the case lately. ✨

Cranachan is a traditional Scottish dessert that’s usually made with raspberries, cream, honey, toasted oats, and a bit of whisky. It’s been enjoyed in Scotland for generations and has this rich, cozy, lightly rustic feel to it that makes it really memorable.
We loved the idea of taking those classic flavors and transforming them into cheesecake form. The honey, raspberry, and toasted oat notes pair so well with the creamy cheesecake base, and it ended up being such a fun way to give a traditional dessert a new little twist.

If you’ve been curious about this one, this is your sign to give it a try. 💛

Happy Sunday, friends! We’re here until 4 PM and the cases are still looking nice and full today.
The only thing we’ve officially sold out of is this week’s Mexican cheesecake, but everything else is stocked up and ready for your Sunday treat run.
Also, keep an eye around the shop because we’re slowly but surely getting more air plants out and available for purchase too. Come see us while the goodies last!
