🤍 Just a friendly reminder about The Comfort Cart!

First, thank you all so much for the incredible support. I’m beyond grateful for the love you've shown The Comfort Cart (formerly the Cookie Cart)!
🥹

A quick reminder on how it works:
✨ The cart is open Fridays at 9:00 AM through Monday, or until sold out.
✨ I will always post when the cart is stocked, what’s available, and when it has sold out.
✨ If I announce the cart is sold out, it is CLOSED.
✨ If the cart is not sitting by my front door, it is CLOSED and I do not have items available for purchase.
✨ The cart is brought inside each evening at 9:00 PM.

As a reminder, Homefront Confections is a home-based cottage food bakery, and this is also my family's personal residence. Please check my most recent posts before making a trip, and please do not knock on my door asking if I have additional items available when the cart is not out.

Thank you for helping me keep this a fun, smooth experience for everyone while respecting my family's space. I appreciate every single one of you! 🤍🍪🏠

You all have been keeping me busy, and after selling out in just over 24 hours last weekend, I highly encourage preorders if there's something you have your eye on! 🤍

Hi friends! 👋🏼

Since I’ve gained so many new followers, I figured it was time to reintroduce myself!

I’m Alissa (Ali), the owner and baker behind Homefront Confections. 🤍

I’m an Army veteran, military spouse, mom of two, and have degrees in Elementary Education and Business. Baking has always been a love of mine, but cookie decorating became something much more. I started decorating cookies as a way to help process the grief of losing my dad a few years ago, and it eventually grew into the business you see today.

When I’m not baking, I’m usually running my kids to their activities or supporting my husband any way I can. (A special shoutout to my husband—my completely unpaid assistant—who helps with cart setups, heavy lifting, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks. 😂)

Homefront Confections was also built on the idea of giving back. As a military spouse, veteran, educator, and former law enforcement spouse, I understand the sacrifices these communities make. That's why I donate 20% of every custom order back to those communities each month through free orders, giveaways, fundraisers, and other acts of support.

As I bring in the Comfort Cart tonight, I'm completely blown away by the love and support. ❤️

So many of you showed up, shared posts, made videos, left comments, and most importantly stopped by for a treat. Every single purchase, share, and kind word means more than you know.

What started as a simple idea, built out of grief and a super hard time in my life, has grown into something truly special because of this amazing community.

Thank you for supporting my small business, my family, and this dream.
