I'm not sure that there is a better compliment to a maker - when you give a gift and they immediately take off the beanie they are wearing to put on yours. 🥹❤️🥰

When I made my color block I knew I wanted to make a few duo colored beanies in those same subtle, moody hues. They really turned out perfectly. I've got Whales Road and Jupiter done. Up next, Tabacos.

My husband bought me some beautiful blues from for our anniversary and I finally got to make a couple of his & hers beanies for us with some of it. And with so many of my yarnie friends making The Jake Beanie I had to find out what all the hype was.

Well, hi there, beautiful! 😍😍😍 Would you just LOOK at these gorgeous mitts?!!! I'm speechless. 2.15.26 is the official release date of the Ascendio Mitts. An extension of my first love, the Ascendio Beanie. And of course I had to make my first pair in my favorite color. 💙

Today is the day! Go get your copy of the pattern designed by Jenny The pattern comes with 2 weights (DK and worsted), 3 sizes, and instructions to make the left mitt lean left (I did the alternate instructions - peep my first pic to see the left lean and the right lean), links to helpful videos, and an incredibly clear pattern that quite literally flies off the needles. Don't let the DK/Worsted weights fool you. This knits super quick. I already have DK on the needles - can't wait for you to see them.

I can HARDLY contain my excitement! Seriously. Do you know what this is? My favorite. My first love. Ascendio. In mitt form!!!! She's coming soon. I can't tell you how long I've been bugging (probably quite annoyingly) Jenny for this pattern. I love, love, LOVE Ascendio soooooo much and I just needed to have some matchy-matchy mitts.
