Hi Friends!!! It’s been a month since I went on hiatus from this page—got a head cold, family vacation, but mostly been working like crazy. But I’m back so let’s fire this thing up again! Here’s what I have to offer for Fri 4/1 or Sat 4/2.
Stuffed breads: ($10 each)
* Turkey Dinner—herb stuffing, oven roasted turkey pieces, mashed potatoes and rich gravy. This one is really good and I enjoy it with green bean casserole. (Speaking of green bean casserole, I can make that for you, too!).
* Pulled Pork & Mac—scratch-made pulled pork, bbq sauce, super cheesy macaroni and cheese, and a whole bunch of shredded cheddar cheese. Yum and yummier! One of my all-time faves.
* (new) Reverse Spaghetti—spaghetti, marinara and Italian cheese blend inside the garlic bread! It so good. I don’t know why I haven’t thought of this one before!!!
If breads aren’t your thing, I want to introduce a new feature—family-sized sides. Let me help take the pressure off, so it’s not “what can I make for dinner,” but “dinner is ready” to heat and eat. Everything fully cooked, just like my stuffed breads, and they are just heat and serve. Casseroles, salads, veggies, and comfort foods designed to accompany the breads of the week, but can be purchased separately. This week, I will have 8” pans of scratch-made green bean casserole (goes with Turkey bread); super-cheesy macaroni and cheese bake (goes with pulled pork bread); and a ratatouille tortellini casserole with fresh marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese on top (goes with spaghetti bread). You can mix or match, and these serve between 4-6 servings for $12 each. If you have questions about ingredients, send me a message! Ingredients will be listed with your order.
