Why sourdough? Because authentic 3 ingredient sourdough is FOOD! Our plain original is made with organic wheat flour, sea salt and water. That’s it. And the same three ingredients are the basis for our flavored loaves as well. No preservatives, no seed oils. Bringing wholesome, whole food to your table is our goal. Come check us out at the Flushing Farmers Market this Saturday from 9 to 2. Say no to big bread and buy local!

Due to weather, the Farmers Market has been cancelled for today but don’t let that stop you from getting some fresh baked bread. I have available - Plain Organic, Everything Bagel, Italian Herb and Cinnamon Swirl. DM for porch pick up. I live around Elms and Flushing Rd.
