Small-batch, high-quality Honey Wheat Loaves, Honeybuns, and Dinner Rolls made with stone-milled heritage grains and local honey, baked fresh. Around our village, life’s best moments are simple: the smell of fresh bread, the joy of sharing it with neighbors, and the comfort of knowing exactly where your food comes from. At Harvest Trail, we’re proud of everything that comes out of our little kitch

en. From our signature Honey Wheat Loaf, to our soft, gooey Harvest Honey Buns, to the dinner rolls folks can’t seem to get enough of. Each is crafted with freshly milled heritage grains, local honey, and a good measure of small-town care. We keep things small on purpose, focusing on quality over quantity. It means every loaf, bun, and roll gets the attention it deserves, and you get bread that’s truly worth gathering around the table for. Whether it’s a thick slice for breakfast, a sweet treat in the afternoon, or a basket of rolls at supper, we hope it brings a little extra joy to your day. Follow along to see what’s rising next and learn how you can bring a bit of Harvest Trail to your own table. Harvest Trail: Sharing the joy of fresh bread with our neighbors, one loaf (or bun, or roll) at a time.

After much thought, it's time to share some exciting news.

Harvest Trail Cottage Bakery has officially moved to the Barnesville area! As part of this transition, we will no longer be selling our bread at the Dutton Cattle Co. Beef Store.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Dutton Cattle Co. team, and especially to Bill Koscoe, for giving Harvest Trail the opportunity to be part of the store's grand opening. Your support helped us grow, introduced our bread to so many wonderful customers, and gave us a place to begin this journey. We will always be grateful.

While it's bittersweet to leave the Beef Store and The Pike 40 area, we're excited for this next chapter. We look forward to bringing our handcrafted, high-quality bread to Barnesville and the surrounding communities in the near future.

To help make the move and get everything set up, we'll be taking a short break from baking. Our goal is to be back in the kitchen and serving fresh bread around the middle of August.

Stay tuned for updates as we settle into our new home, and thank you for being part of the Harvest Trail journey. Your encouragement and support have meant more than you know, and we can't wait to share what's next!

Many of you know I've had to take a short break from baking while I recover from a shoulder injury. Even though I can't be in the kitchen right now, I still wanted to give back.

Today I was honored to sponsor a local family through Heart of Belmont County. Every child deserves to start the school year with confidence, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to help.

If you're able, I encourage you to consider sponsoring a local child or family. Together, we can make a difference right here in Belmont County. ❤️

Friends,

I wanted to let everyone know that I recently injured my shoulder and, unfortunately, I'll need to take a short break from baking while it heals.

Harvest Trail has always been about making quality bread by hand, and right now my body needs a little time to recover. I appreciate everyone's understanding, support, and patience during this time.

I'll keep everyone updated and look forward to firing up the ovens again as soon as I'm able.

Thank you all for supporting Harvest Trail Cottage Bakery. It truly means a lot.

This hot weather gave us the perfect window to harvest Harvest Trail’s very own grains!

We are so proud to share that this wheat was grown right here on our property to one day be used in Harvest Trail breads, and we have officially completed our very first harvest. This moment is especially meaningful because it represents the culmination of over 8 months of preparation, care, and hard work to bring this wheat to this point.

From planting the seed, to watching it grow, to now bringing in the harvest, it has been a special journey. There is something deeply rewarding about raising grains on our own homestead that will eventually make their way from the field, to the mill, to the dough, and finally to your table.

Stay tuned for future updates from Harvest Trail on when these homegrown grains will begin to be incorporated into our breads, along with other fun and exciting happenings here on the Harvest Trail Homestead.

Real bread. Real ingredients. Real local.
