A common misconception I see is that people who don't eat gluten free won't enjoy what comes out of my kitchen. Listen. I get it. What you get at the big box stores tastes like cardboard more times than not. HOWEVER. Everything that I have adapted thus far has been as close as I possibly could get to wheat based products. Most people that don't have to eat gluten free can't tell!

So tell me. If you have tried any of my products, are you gluten free or no? And could you tell they were gluten free or were you questioning if you had been glutened?
