Baking is hard enough without adding the gluten free contingency. Let's not even add the dairy free or egg free topic. All 3? Nearly impossible and definitely anxiety inducing.

I get it. I've been there. Some days I still make mistakes. (Like the cake below where I completely forgot the egg substitute. As in there was no egg and no substitute. 🫠)
