Books. Tea. And gluten-free baked goods. What could be better?!

We're excited to announce that in addition to our partnership with 3 other amazing bakers we'll also be carrying items from Bubbles' Bakery in order to serve those who are gluten-free. Since our daughter found out she had a gluten sensitivity many years ago we learned quickly how hard it can be for those who are GF to enjoy a sweet treat when out and about so we wanted to make sure we had something for you all too!

If you haven't heard of Bubbles' Bakery before we want to tell you a little about them. "Gluten-free that tastes glutton-full. That's what Bubbles' Bakery does best!

Bubbles' Bakery is a locally run, cottage bakery specializing in gluten-free sourdough baked goods from brownies to cookies to cakes to muffins. These sweet treats are made with Bubbles, a very special, gluten-free sourdough starter that bubbled to life in February of 2025.

Created out of the necessity to feed friends & family with gluten-sensitive autoimmune conditions, Bubbles has been the best-kept gluten-free sourdough secret in town.

Drop into the new Headless Librarian location that's opening on Sept 6th for a cozy read, a spooky sip, and a decadent ding-dong dupe that'll have you believing in kitchen witchery!

Ok what foods do my gluten free people miss the most? I have duped the ding ding, snicker doodle, carrot cake, chocolate chip cookies and others. However is there something you miss that I can play with to see if it can be gluten free? 🤔.
