INTRODUCING: Muddy Bubbles.
Bubbles has gotten out of control. She's been used, fed, and put into time out – but she's still grown out of her glass container of emotion.
It's time for her to spread her wings... into another glass container... of chocolate!
That's right, Bubbles has a daughter: Muddy Bubbles. A chocolate, gluten-free sourdough starter that is as delicious as Bubbles herself, with a slight bitterness, and an extravagance that should be put into everything, like these gluten-free, double chocolate chip muffins.

Bubbles has been busy. From pupper treats to cookies, banana chocolate chip muffins and a mashup of shepherds pie and chicken pot pie! Yes bubbles found herself in a gravy acting like a roux to thicken and it's delicious! I didn't get a photo of it out of the oven. But trust it was so good.
